Admission

Registration Regulations

  1. Old students who had violations of the school policy shall be enrolled only upon recommendation by the Dean and approval of the College Director/SUC President.
  2. All students should enroll in the scheduled dates of their department. Failure to do so, a penalty of P30.00 per day shall be charged until the student will be enrolled. Penalty for late enrollees shall begin when classes start.
  3. All first year college students should enroll NSTP.
  4. No student will be allowed to take the periodic examination without admission slip. A fee of P10.00 will be charged for the re-issuance of admission slip.
  5. Students who have paid their tuition and are granted certificate of transfer credentials or leaves of absence shall be entitled to a refund of their tuition, except entrance and registration fees, in accordance with the following:
    Within the first week of classes 70%
    Within the second week of classes 50%
    Within the third week of classes 20%
    After the third week of classes No refund
  6. Old students should present their ID cards upon enrollment for validation by the Student Affairs Office (SAO).
  7. No student can undergo Student Training/OJT/Occupational Intern shop program if he/she have subject deficiency.

Screening Requirements

 

Secondary
  1. Report Card
  2. Certificate of Good Moral Character
  3. Two pieces 2×2 colored recent picture, NOT CUT-OUT
  4. Must have a GENERAL AVERAGE of 80%. No grade below 80 in the final rating in all subjects.
  5. Official Receipt of Testing Fee (P125.00)
  6. Must be physically fit.
College
  1. Report Card
  2. Certificate of Good Moral Character
  3. Two pieces 2×2 colored recent picture, NOT CUT-OUT
  4. Official Receipt of Testing Fee (P125.00)
  5. Must be physically fit
  6. For Teacher Education Applicant, the General Weighted Average (GWA) is at least 85% or 2.0 for Transferee

** For other degree courses GWA is required to be at least 80%.

** Non degree courses who will proceed to degree courses must have at least 80% or 2.5 GWA of the last course attended.

Transferee (Additional Requirements)
  1. Honorable Dismissal
  2. Informative Copy of Transcript of Records
  3. Certificate of Good Moral Character with Barangay Clearance

Entrance Requirements

The following are the Entrance Requirements for each curriculum.

    1. All entrant applicants are required to pay testing fee of P125.00 before taking the examination.

 

    1. An applicant to the Basic Education Curriculum:
      1. Must be an elementary school graduate with a general average of at least 80%.
      2. Must be physically fit as certified by the school-government physician before enrollment.
      3. Must qualify the entrance examinations.
      4. Must submit Certificate of Good Moral Character signed by the School Principal/Head.
      5. Must submit Birth Certificate.

 

    1. Applicants to the Non-Degree Courses:
      1. Must be a high school graduate.
      2. Must present his/her high school Report Card/TOR for transferee during screening.
      3. Must submit Certificate of Good Moral Character signed by the head of the institution last attended.
      4. Must pass the written and oral examinations.
      5. Must be physically fit as certified by the school/government physician before enrollment.
      6. Must comply other physical fitness required by specific courses.
      7. Must submit Barangay Clearance.

 

    1. A non-degree student who will proceed to Baccalaureate degree must have 80% general average in the last course attended except Teacher Education curriculum. He/She should submit his/her records for evaluation to the Registrar before he/she can be admitted.
    2. Applicants to the Degree Courses:
      1. Must be a secondary school graduate.
      2. Must have a general weighted average of 80% in all courses except Teacher Education which is 85%.
      3. Must pass the written and oral examination.
      4. Must submit Barangay Clearance and Certificate of Good Moral Character.
      5. Must be physically fit as certified by the school physician before enrollment.
      6. Must comply other physical fitness required by specific courses.

 

    1. Applicants for Graduate Studies:
      1. Master of Education in Education Management
        • A graduate of Teacher Education course and any related course with 18 units professional subject in education.
      2. Master of Arts in Teaching Vocational Education
        • A graduate of BSEd-THE, BSIT, and BSIE with 18 units in professional subject in education.
      3. Master of Agricultural Development
        • A graduate in agriculture and any related courses.

 


Credentials

No applicant for enrollment, whether new or old student, will be allowed to register without proper credentials.

  1. New and old high school students must present their form 138 or Report Card.
  2. First year college students must submit their original copy of the birth certificate.
  3. College students from other schools must present their Transfer Credentials such as Honorable Dismissal, Transcript of Records, Original Birth Certificate, and Certificate of Good Moral Character from the school last attended.
  4. Graduate students must present their Transcript of Records from the school last attended.
