BISU ranked as 5th Top Performing School for 2019 Electrical Engineering Licensure Examination

The Bohol Island State University – Main Campus (BISU-MC) was ranked as the 5th best performing school in the recently concluded Electrical Engineering Licensure Examination marking a near-perfect passing rate of 94.52 percent.

A total of 69 of the 73 examinees from BISU, whose main campus is located in Tagbilaran City, passed the exams, according to results released by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC).

Among the other schools in the top 5 are University of the Philippines and University of Batangas at 1st, University of Saint Louis – Tugegarao at 2nd, Camarines Norte State College and University of Sto. Tomas at 3rd, and Polytechnic University at 4th.

This marks another great achievement for the College of Engineering and Architecture of Bohol Island State University – Main Campus, headed by its Dean, Engr. Julius Castro, which has been constantly making it’s name among the the top engineering schools in the country.
